Entertainment at business event - book a portable game show
On Air is investing heavily in expanding our portable events. With a new stage and a brand new game show, we are ready to go around the world to make your event as good as possible. Meet our project manager Hanna, who will tell you more.
Now we are open like never before and are accepting bookings for the spring. In addition to the showers in our site-built studios in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Gothenburg, our portable events are another popular concept. Then we come to you instead and arrange a game show. It can be, for example, in your office, the conference room or during the summer party.
On Air arranged a series of portable game shows last fall when we packed the car with both presenters and buzzers to go out on the road. We have worked hard during the autumn and organized successful events in cities such as Kiruna, Copenhagen, Malmö, Gothenburg, London, Åre, Visby, Västerås and Malaga.

Our graphic designer Gustav Lublin has worked on a brand new intro to our portable shower where you have the opportunity to incorporate your company logo into our 3D animations.
In addition, we have developed our very own scene module. If you book our gold or platinum package, we will take it with us and build up where it fits best in just being local. The stage is adaptable and can be made smaller if needed.

What are some good things to have in mind in order to organize a successful portable event?
Screens, speakers and a microphone are a very good start to get started. If that or other necessary technology is missing, we can absolutely help to supplement it.
A common concept is to integrate the rounds as part of a larger event including speeches, award ceremonies and presentations. Is it something that you also help with?
Our presenters often have a lot of experience when it comes to show business: conferences, stand-ups and TV experience – you name it. They are happy to help with various requests so that your event will be as successful as possible.
How long in advance should you book a portable game show?
We don't have a deadline, but good planning helps. We have done several successful events at short notice.
